At Reef Photo & Video, we want you to be fully satisfied with your underwater imaging gear. If your equipment does not meet your expectations, you can return most items within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Request an RMA
Contact our support team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.
Pack Your Gear
Place the item in its original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all manuals, blank warranty cards, and accessories included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Package
Clearly write your RMA number on the outer shipping box and send the insured package to our Fort Lauderdale headquarters using a trackable carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the equipment is in original condition, we will process your refund or credit to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
